THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- The total initial linen: kitchen linen, bathroom linen and bed linen;
- TV in the living room and in one bedroom;
- soap and shampoo;

- in the Summer the large pool 23m x 8m with the reserved table, chairs, sun beds;
- Parking;

- special prices for close Restaurants (2-3 kms)

THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE:
- the final cleaning so to be paid in cash in Agriturismo before starting
- the breakfast
- extra bed and/or cot and high chair
- the heating system in the cold Season so to be paid on consumption
